Our UX/UI team is sharp, fast-thinking, and always evolving. From SaaS platforms and B2B
ecosystems to ecommerce experiences and dashboards, we dive headfirst into complex
problems and turn them into intuitive, scalable designs.
We’re looking for an Intermediate/Senior UX/UI Designer who’s both a thinker and a
builder someone who can switch gears between industries and user mindsets, speak the
language of structure and systems, and still bring the creative spark. You’ll be working on a
wide range of projects from early-stage startups to Fortune 500s across multiple sectors,
often in parallel. Sound like your kind of challenge?
You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-player team, working in sync with developers,
marketers, and other designers (in-house and client-side). Our work is systematic andorganized, and we collaborate closely across disciplines. We’re also a strategic powerhouse
a force de proposition team that stands by design decisions and defends best practices with
confidence, even in front of the most challenging stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the team and Design Lead across varied industries and digital products
websites, web apps, ecommerce, and B2B tools.
Contribute to UX/UI audits and quality assurance for digital products to ensure consistency,
usability, and performance.
Translate complex requirements and user behaviors into intuitive structures and elegant
interfaces.
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and responsive UIs that scale.
Help with design documentation, and contribute to or improve internal processes and SOPs to
keep the workflow clean and repeatable.
Collaborate with Devs, Marketing, and client Design teams in a smooth, asynchronous
workflow.
Participate in workshops, audits, and feedback sessions to align product direction and
advocate for user needs.
Be mindful of execution timelines, accurately estimate the time needed based on briefs, and
adapt your workflow to shifting priorities and planning changes.Stay curious and constantly explore new tools, frameworks, processes, and ideas with the
team.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of solid UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
A versatile thinker who can adapt quickly across domains—from healthcare to fintech to
software.
Fluent in English our internal communication and most client interactions are in English,
especially with our North American clients. French is a plus, as we also collaborate with
French-speaking clients and teammates.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, variables, etc.).
Familiarity with design systems, WCAG, responsive behavior, and real-world handoff for dev
teams.
Detail-focused, yet pragmatic when it comes to delivery timelines.
Comfortable standing up for your design decisions with logic, research, and confidence.
