Fondative selected Zerda Digital to create an entirely new website. Working with leadership, we took this website revamp to the next level, restructuring the service offer, rethinking the information architecture and creating new UI and content to bolster business development actions across marketing channels.

Outdated material — As Fondative evolved and expanded, its website didn’t follow suit, undermining its brand image and hindering business development actions.

Information architecture — The legacy website’s convoluted information architecture meant it had to be reworked from the ground up, taking into account Fondative’s increased capabilities. 

Ill-suited content — Complex and emphatic writing styles, more akin to older school print practices, focusing excessively on the WE and lacking in client benefits. 

Visual identity — Embody Fondative’s Japan-inspired principles. Print-led brand identity guidelines include outmoded, at times conflicting design elements. 

Double duty — The new website should raise potential clients’ awareness of Fondative’s capabilities while serving as a hub for the company’s Marketing team, putting business development material at their fingertips.
